As the head of marketing at the Creative Innovation Studio, one of my first tasks was to establish a visual branding identity to go along with our logo. The inspiration for The Studio branding is an extension of the Ryerson brand, but focuses on the theme of “out of the box” .
Instead of a block structure focused on vertical and horizontal elements, The Studio branding uses angular design and objects to accent our designs.
The use of black in relation to bold colours, along with different design motifs aim to achieve an exciting and futuristic visual identity.
